Project specifications, bid forms, contractors qualification statement have been issued and shall be used to be a qualified bid. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. There are Davis-Bacon prevailing wage components with this contract. The CDA hereby notifies all bidders that in regard to any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (D.M.E.) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and / or proposals and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, or national origin. The Dakota County CDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Dakota County CDA. Sealed bids will be received from qualified vendors for the Alarm System Inspections and Monitoring Contract Services for our CDA senior housing, youth supportive housing, and the CDA office building.
