Reference Number 0000317302 The City requires this project to be completed within 45 working days. No work shall be done between the hours of 5:30 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. Project is to provide construction drawings for the removal of existing playground equipment, prepare site furnishings to include new playground equipment, trail and landscape improvements at Soda Springs Park. The City of Manitou Springs (the "City") is seeking Bids to create construction drawings for Soda Springs park. Soda Springs park has been designed at a Master Plan level and we are looking for construction documents for the area identified for playground improvements. Plans include grading, trail improvements, demolition and installation of playground equipment. The Master Plan improvements specific to the playground area is included in the attached bid package.
