Description | For the following solicitation: COARSE AGGREGATE SIZE #2 & SIZE #57, RIPRAP STONE AND RECLAIMED ASPHALT 2022-2024 (4-BUCCP-22035) Instructions, specifications, and bid forms are available online at the County of Burlington Web Site. NOTE TO BIDDERS REGARDING THE COVID-19 DECLARED STATE OF EMERENCY FOR THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY: Bids may still be mailed to the County of Burlington as provided in the specifications. Any sealed bids delivered in person must be left with a sheriff's officer in the County Administration Building's lobby located at 49 Rancocas Road, Mount Holly, New Jersey, 08060, Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m. 4:00p.m. EST. Any individuals making in-person deliveries shall be required to observe all social distancing and face mask covering directives as per the State of New Jersey. All bids are still due at the prevailing time and location as per the specifications. The County of Burlington is not responsible for any misdirected or late deliveries during the Covid-19 declared state of emergency. ANY BID NOT IN POSSESSION OF THE COUNTY PURCHASING AGENT BY THE SPECIFIED PREVAILING TIME OF BID OPENING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED. Sealed bid submissions may be mailed to the address noted below: Department of Finance Division of Purchasing First Floor, Room 104 49 Rancocas Road Mount Holly, NJ,08060 Late bid submissions will not be accepted or considered. The County assumes no responsibility for bids mailed or misdirected in delivery. Bids must be made on standard bid forms in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications; must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and solicitation identification number on outside; and mailed to the Department of Finance, Division of Purchasing, County Office Building, First Floor, Room 104, 49 Rancocas Road, Mount Holly, New Jersey 08060. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION; Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27. In order to maintain a current list of potential bidders and to receive information regarding upcoming solicitations, new bidders must complete the registration form provided on the County's website.
