| Description | The project consists of the alteration of spaces within the existing Arts and Performing Arts program of the high school. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1- The existing Auditorium renovation will include: finish upgrades, seating replacements, lighting and audio/visual system upgrades, and stage equipment and rigging upgrades. 2- Ancillary spaces will also receive finish and lighting upgrades, as well as door and hardware replacement. 3- The adjacent Atrium/Lobby space will be thoroughly cleaned. New signage will be added, along with ceiling and lighting replacements in select areas. 4- In the existing Art Rooms, millwork will be replaced along with existing plumbing fixtures. Ceiling tiles and lighting will be replaced. Paint booths will be replaced. 5- The Band Hall will receive a toilet upgrade due to a lack of ADA accessible toilets. Selective floor finishes will be replaced, along with limited lighting. Exterior doors and hardware will be replaced. |
