Demolition of All Structures Located at the Former Cobblestone Health Care Facility

Prior to any demolition work, it will be the successful Olive Township Construction Department with certification from a licensed pest inspector certifying the premises are rodent free. The extermination certification for the structure shall be provided at the time of application for the Demolition Permit by the successful bidder. The successful bidder will sign hold harmless agreements with Mount Olive Township. Service Connections: Before the structures can be demolished or removed, the successful bidder shall notify all utilities having service connections within the structure, such as water, electric, gas, sewer, well, cable and other connections, if applicable. A permit to demolish the structure shall not be issued until releases are obtained from all utilities that provided service to the property stating that their receptive service connections and appurtenant equipment such as meters and regulators have been removed, sealed or plugged in a safe manner. The disconnection certification must be submitted along with the demolition permit application.
