Description

The City of Norwalk through the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency (RDA) is soliciting a request of qualifications (Request for Qualifications/RFQ's) from qualified Contractors/Tradesmen for home rehabilitation and construction services. The Agency intends to retain one or more firms to be utilized through the South Norwalk Improvement Program (SNIP) to complete approved projects on qualifying properties in South Norwalk. Your firm is invited to provide a statement of qualifications for these services. Questions: Must be directed in writing to, Stephen Ivan, Housing Development Project Manager, sivan@norwalkct.org. All questions and responses will be addressed via addendum that will be posted. Further, the Agency procurement procedures encourage a minimum goal of fifteen (15) percent participation by disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE's), including Women Business Enterprises (WBE) and Minority Business Enterprises (MBE).
