Monroc Well and Reservoir 4 Site Improvements Project

The project generally includes providing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform site improvements at the existing Monroc well and Reservoir 4 sites. The improvements at Monroc well generally include demolition of the existing concrete panel fence; earthwork; temporary fencing; landscape repair; irrigation repair; gravel landscaping; new vinyl fencing with concrete mow strip and reinforced concrete retaining mow strip; concrete retaining wall; modular concrete retaining wall; concrete mow strip; complete. The improvements at Reservoir 4 generally include the demolition of the existing asphalt, curbing etc; earthwork; fencing with concrete mow strip; reinforced concrete drive access and curb; gravel landscaping repair; asphalt pavement; storm drainage piping and boxes; installation of electrical conduit; complete, as described in the project drawings and specifications.
