Description | Award Details Contract Award Date: Sep 09, 2022 Contract Award Number: FA286022D0002 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: DUS6AVEQ2LH8 Contractor Awarded Name: MIG GOV LLC Contractor Awarded Address: Virginia Beach, VA 23451-5891 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $9350000.00 The 316th Contracting Squadron located on Joint Base Andrews (JBA), MD intends to award a competitive Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ contract for the Repair and Replacement of Access Points and Fencing on Joint Base Andrews, Brandywine, and Davidsonville, Maryland. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts. The contractor is expected to provide all engineering, labor, equipment, supervision, and effort necessary to complete Task Orders issued off of this IDIQ. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This contract will be awarded as a base plus four (4) option years. This requirement is to inspect, test, construct, install and maintain new and repair existing fencing systems and swing-arm barriers on real property at Joint Base Andrews (JBA) and its mission partner sites Davidsonville, Brandywine and its tenants. It is the intent of this contract to construct new fence systems and extend the serviceable life of existing fencing systems and swing-arm barriers by general maintenance and repair. Some fences may be repaired by complete replacement. This work shall include, but is not limited to, various types of metal, chain link, wood, Attleboro, Impasse, vinyl fencing systems, and Horizontal swing-arm type barriers. Specific requirements for each job will be identified in individual task orders as issued by the Government under this contract. All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the specifications and drawings (if applicable) within the Statement of Work.
