City of Bellevue-Library Renovations & Addition

The Work consists of construction of a three-story addition to existing office building and furniture fabrication plant; interior renovations to existing office building, interior upfit of preengineered warehouse building shell, and landscape development and other site improvements. Renovation Work: Existing office space of approximately 16,500 SF on level 1 of multi-tenant office building to be renovated into offices, meeting rooms and library collection areas. Renovation work includes interior finishing and related construction including interior partitions and doors, in addition to mechanical, electrical, fire sprinkler and minor plumbing for new Family restroom, break room, and meeting room sinks. Building Addition: The Work consists of construction of an approximately 6,250 SF addition to existing office building for library collection area, and modifications to parking, walks, landscape and other site improvements. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Architect in writing no later than March 28, 2023. Replies will be issued by Addenda no later than March 31, 2023 mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Architect as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven calendar days prior to the date for receipt of bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be given.
