The project involves engineering and surveying for ADA Handicap Ramp Improvements along: Susquehanna Avenue from Route 0011 (Wyoming Avenue) to Route 1021 (8th Street) approx. 3,500 ft, 9th Street from Route 0011(Wyoming Avenue) to Susquehanna Avenue approx. 1,600 ft, 3rd Street from Monument Avenue to Susquehanna Avenue approx. 1,100 ft, and 2nd Street from Route 0011 (Wyoming Avenue) to Susquehanna Avenue approx. 1,800 ft. This project is being funded through the Luzerne County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
