| Description | GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK This work shall include all labor, equipment and materials necessary for the removal and replacement of the existing metal roof, gutters, down spouts, soffit and fascia over the library rotunda. Installation of new roof to be fabricated from Fabricated 24-gauge prefinished metal in lieu of 16-ounce copper. A color swatch shall be submitted to the city after award of contract for selection of new roof color. The existing skylight shall remain in place during construction. If it is necessary to remove and reinstall the existing skylight to complete this work, this work shall be considered incidental to the contract. Upon project completion, the skylight shall be inspected to ensure there are no damages or leaks. |
