Description

Project involves replacement of the roof system at the Scannell RC Org Storage Building. The project is a complete tear-off with new exterior grade sheathing being installed over the existing wood trusses. The existing skylights are being removed. A new ribbed metal roof system is being installed with new gutter & downspouts. Light fixtures are being upgraded on the interior from fluorescent to LED.
