| Description | This work consists of the preparation and painting of POD #1 in the secured facility of the Dakota County Juvenile Service Center. The work shall consist of the following: • Prep and paint all the walls, ceilings and floors in the cells. • Prep and paint all the cell doors and frames. • Prep and touch up paint the day area railings. Paint Specifications: Sherwin Williams High Performance Water Based Acrylic Paint (Walls, ceilings) Sherwin Williams Macropoxy Paint (Floors) Sherwin Williams Pre-Catalyzed Epoxy Paint (Doors and frames) Note: Paint color’s to be specified by Facilities Management. ?
