| Description | HUB Goal: 21.1% Project consists of the replacement of approximately 26,000 square feet of roof with a new single ply 80-mil PVC roofing system. The work includes removal of the existing foam over elastomeric roofing system down to the lightweight concrete deck. Damaged deck is to be repaired, estimate 15% for bid purposes, and existing roof penetrations, curbs, etc. are to be modified to accept the new roofing system and details. All work shall be performed as shown in the construction plans prepared by the TDCJ Facilities Engineering Department. |
