Description

Town-wide Facilities Maintenance Services including the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery and services for proper maintenance which for the purposes of this RFP, shall include, but is not limited to litter, trash, janitorial services, trail maintenance, daily park opening and closing services, pressure cleaning, repair park equipment, playground surface replacement, equipment inspection and reports, emergency preparedness services, posting of notices, raking, sweeping, debris removal and proper disposal, and miscellaneous Code Enforcement maintenance services and other work.
