The City of Baytown is seeking qualified companies to submit a response for the maintenance, repair, and emergency services of HVAC equipment for City of Baytown for a term of one (1) year with up to two (2) annual renewals. The equipment to be serviced under this contract consists of, but is not limited to the following: 1 Chiller, Carrier MODEL 30RBA0806 1 Boiler, LOCHINVAR COPPER FIN II 2 Chiller, York, MODEL YLAA0090SE46XAASDXXHTXBL 1 Boiler, Triton T100 1 Chiller, Carrier, MODEL 1P30RB-21065-50-3 1 Chiller, Trane, MODEL RTAC 2754 1 Boiler, RITE, MODEL 250W In addition: o Residential units of all sizes. With some units aging 15 years or more. o Commercial package units of all sizes. With some aging 15 years or more. o Split units of all sizes. With some aging 10 years or more. o Multiple different ventilation systems o BAS system o Electric/ Gas unit heaters. With some aging 15 years or more. o Commercial refrigeration systems of all sizes.
