Roll-Off and Front-Load Collection Services

Bids for a thirty-six-month Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) master service agreement, with two one-year renewal options, from qualified firms. An ID/IQ agreement is established when services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Services under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the contract. The qualified firm hereinafter will be referred to as the “Bidder” or “Contractor”, and will provide collection and proper disposal of municipal solid waste, construction and demolition debris (“C&D”), brush and bulky trash, and recyclable materials through the use of either City-owned or Contractor-owned roll-off dumpsters and compactors and City-owned front-load dumpsters serviced by Contractor-owned trucks in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this RFB.
