The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to install added cooling in Building 1351, Room 115. • All work to be performed at Building 1351 Room 115 and adjacent spaces. • Work to be performed in accordance with the Drawings and this Statement of Work. • Customer to provide area for equipment and material storage. • Customer to provide access to area for workers and equipment. • All Work to be in accordance with OSHA and Army Corp of Engineers Safety Manual, EM-385-1-1 Current Edition Safety requirements. • Safety and Health Standards for Construction Industry (29 CFR PART 1929 2007). • NUWCDIVNPT Drawings 19-021A (9 sheets) and this Statement of Work, depict the work required on this particular project. • Contractor shall coordinate with the TPOC prior to commencement of work to ensure all scheduling and access issues have been addressed. Any questions will be directed to the TPOC and not through the customer where the project is being completed.
