Description

The Contractor shall Repair and Install Resilient Sheet Vinyl Flooring and Rubber Flooring Services. The Contractor shall provide labor to repair and install Resilient Sheet Vinyl Flooring and Rubber Flooring with Integral Coved Base in the medical areas in Building 508 Health Care Areas including Pharmacy, New Entry, Laboratory and Corridor in phases. The RSF is a Grade A, Type II material that is a minimum of .085 inches thick, as defined in Specification Sections 09 61 00 Flooring Treatment and 09 65 00 Resilient Flooring. The Contractor shall coordinate all preparation and installation of new flooring at each location with the IWL Site Supervisor.
