Base Bid: The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to: Perform base repair (removal and backfill approximately 300 SY) on structurally failed asphalt, Mill and overlay asphalt parking lot (12,000 SY), Seal irregular and inaccessible areas with approved coal tar based sealant (approximately 1000 SY), Replace pavement markings, and replace traffic detector loops for gate access system. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and sow/specifications contained in this document. NOTE: The above general outline of principal features of the work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor and materials required by the plans and specifications. Davis Bacon Wage Determination will apply. NAICS CODE: 237310 SIZE OF PROJECT: In accordance with FAR 36-204, the estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. SET ASIDE: This procurement is being set aside for Small Business. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
