Durfee High School Varsity Baseball, Practice and Softball Fields Replacement Project - Sub

The City of Fall River invites Filed-Sub Bidders and General Bidders to submit Sealed Bids for the Durfee High School Varsity Baseball, Practice and Softball Fields Replacement Project, 460 Elsbree Street, Fall River, MA 02720 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate **Sub Bid Deadline 7/27/22 Time 2:00 P.M. Please direct any questions by email only to Akeane@leftfieldpm.com by 7/21/22 @ 5:00 P.M. for Field Sub-Bids and 7/28/22 @ 5:00 P.M. for General Bids. The Project consists of the replacement of a of a grass varsity baseball field to an artificial turf baseball field. The project also includes the replacement of the synthetic surface of an existing multi-sport synthetic field. Lastly, the project includes the construction of a new synthetic softball field on a previously cleared and graded but undeveloped piece of land. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site demolition; excavation; metal and chain link fencing, gates and partial restoration of existing fence posts; site furnishings; site lighting and electrical work; rough and fine site grading; asphalt walks; synthetic turf; site drainage; and water service. The work must be complete by March 13, 2023. The Project has an estimated construction cost of $5,250,000.00.
