| Description | Consists of furnishing of all labor/materials and performing all work necessary for the completion of the removal of two (2) 275-ton water cooled chillers, their associated cooling towers, associated condenser water piping, and associated chiller pumps. Work includes disconnecting DDC controls and associated electrical equipment. Contractor shall install two (2) new owner-furnished 275-ton air-cooled chillers on a new 6" deep concrete pad. Provide two (2) new pumps in place of existing and provide new insulated chilled water piping and valves to connect new chillers to existing chilled water piping. Exterior piping shall be fully covered with aluminum jacketing. Provide all necessary electrical equipment and DDC control components extending from existing facility systems |
