The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Performance Bond, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following: City of Boonville, 401 Main Street, Boonville, MO 65233 Crockett Engineering., 1000 W. Nifong - Building One, Columbia, MO 65203 Bidders on this Work will be required to comply with the Copeland (Anti-Kickback) Act, and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, as indicated in the Contract Documents. Bidders must submit the Anti-Collusion Statement, The proposal form, Bid bond, and Certification regarding debarment in order to submit a complete bid proposal. The award of Contracts on this project shall be predicated upon competitive bidding, and satisfactory performance of past work with the City. Said Bidder shall be determined for the Contract by summarizing the applicable low base bids and selection by the City Council based on past performance of work. The City of Boonville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in the bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of bids *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
