Janitorial Services for Main Street and Murphree

A Bid Bond is not required. The provisions contained in this section are intended to be cooperative with, to supplement, or to modify Instructions to Bidders, Special Provisions and General Conditions and, in case of any conflict with such sections, the intent of any and all Technical Specifications shall govern. The purpose of these specifications is to define the requirements for performing janitorial and porter services at GRU's Main Street Water Reclamation Facility (MSWRF) and at the Murphree Water Treatment Plant (MWTP), in accordance with the following specifications. Janitorial and porter services applies to all designated spaces including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, officers, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators stairways, walkways, break rooms, and kitchens.
