| Description | It is the intent of the College of Lake County (CLC) to enter into an Agreement with a Professional Contractor to replace an existing staircase between CLC, Grayslake Campus buildings D and (E&F). The Base Bid work will include demo and removal of existing staircase and railing. Reconstruction of an existing utility vault in sidewalk, new entry into Building D, new walk, new stairs and railings. Final rough grading will be provided by the contractor, with topsoil and final restoration provided by the CLC Grounds Department as identified herein. Should the bidder require additional information about this bid, please submit questions via email to:bids@clcillinois.edu. Questions are required no later than 4:00 P.M. CST on August 9, 2023. All responses will be posted on the College website by 4:00 P.M. CST on August 11, 2023. |
