| Description | Scope of Work a) General Construction i) Please see the attached plans and technical specifications to determine the full scope of work. ii) The general scope includes (1) demolition of selected concrete pavement, curb and gutter. (2) Preparation and compaction of the subgrade. (3) Placement of new concrete pavement, curbing, joint sealing, etc. (4) Striping of new parking spaces (5) New Parking blocks (6) Yard repairs, finish grading and seeding of damaged areas in the work zone. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the contract in the best interest of the Authority. |
