Description

Work consists of removing the existing tennis and basketball court surfaces at Borden Park and replacing them within a new surface finished for tennis courts, pickleball courts, and basketball courts. The new court surface will be asphalt court with acrylic court coating. This project includes improvements to the pedestrian surfaces surrounding the courts, including bituminous pavement and concrete pads. This work includes Placement of an HDPE underdrain system beneath the courts. This work includes removal and replacement of the chain link fencing around the courts, and placement of a shade shelter. Removal and replacement of the tennis net poles, bench removal, and grading is part of this scope.
