Description

Project generally consists of water distribution system repairs requiring excavation, removal, installation, repair and replacement of water distribution components, erosion and sedimentation control, trench dewatering, traffic control and site restoration work. The work to be performed under this contract is located throughout the service area of Mount Penn Borough Municipal Authority (MPBMA) and will be performed on an as needed basis at the directive of the Owner. The owner reserves the right to increase or decrease the work without effect to the unit prices bid. The Contractor is also required to perform emergency repairs to the water distribution system on an as-needed basis for a period of one (1) year.
