| Description | Roofing and msc. work at the historic City Hall. Work includes: Roof: -Repair and replacement of portions of the ca. 1912 metal roofing panels of the central cupola-like dome, four corner tower domes, associated architectural features and some metal architectural details of the small north porch roof. .Additionally, the EPDM membrane roof at the annex portion of the building installed in 1993 is beyond its expected performance lifetime and will be replaced. .The roof work includes an add alternate to allow full replacement in lieu of repair of the metal panels. Interior: .Repair of damaged plaster and paint materials, which have been impacted by moisture from roof leaks, moisture/humidity, and the failure of previous repairs. The Hastings City Hall, formerly the Dakota County Courthouse, was completed in 1871 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
