Right-Of-Way and Topographic Surveys for County Roads

Conduct right -of - way and topographic surveys on multiple roads maintained by Clear Creek County (County). The surveys will be for the evaluation of existing conditions and are to be used for the planning and design of road improvement projects. The proposal should be based on the survey of approximately 15.1 miles of roads. The roads to be surveyed are shown on the attached map s and listed below: Ponderosa Drive (0.6 miles) Saddleback Drive (1.4 miles) Beaver Brook Canyon Road (1.0 miles) Soda Creek Road (2.6 miles) Witter Gulch Road (4.6 miles) Golden Willow Road (0.8 miles) Old Squaw Pass Road (2.7 miles) Upper Bear Creek Road (1.4 miles) The extents of the surveys should include all dedicated public right- of - way associated with the individual roads listed above and detailed on the attached maps. If there is no dedicated right - of - way associated with the road or segment of road to be surveyed, the extent of the survey should be a minimum of 10 feet beyond the edge of the traveled surface of the road and should include any drainage and/or road relat ed maintenance improvements directly associated with the road.
