Description DCAMM Certification Required. The City is seeking Contractors to furnish all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to supply, install, and repair various types of Roofing. The services will be in various municipal and school locations throughout the City on an as needed basis as determined by the Facilities Department and will be for less $50K per project. The City intends to award up to Five (5) potential contracts to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder(s). The estimated value of the contract(s) shall not exceed $500,000.00 per year. The initial term of this contract will be for One (1) year, but will include Two (2) one-year in length renewal options, to be exercised at the City's sole discretion.
