REBID Senior Center Phase III Kitchen Exhaust Hood Upgrade

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to solicit sealed bids from qualified Independent Contractors to install a new Hood System at the Warren County Senior Center located at 465 West 15th Street, Front Royal, VA 22630. The period of performance of the resultant firm fixed price contract will begin on the day of issuance of Notice to Proceed, and continuing, if not otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB, for 150 days. Any direct communication with other County employees is strictly prohibited. Bidders must submit their bid on the Countys BID FORM attached to the specifications. There shall be no other alteration to the bid form. Failure to comply with these requirements shall be cause for rejection of bid. Any bid received after the due date and time, will not be considered and will be returned, unopened. The County reserves the right to waive formalities and to reject any or all bids.
