Project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. The Project consists of constructing Construction of South Rail Yard Expansion to Steel Dynamics Incorporated. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Neel-Schaffer, Inc.; 7085 Highway 45 North Alternate; P.O. Drawer 1078; West Point, MS 39773. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays during regular business hours and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, material and/or supply needs.
