Description

The project is scope includes the new construction of eight, approximately 5,375-square foot rental homes on 2.52 acres on the south side of the road and 0.28 miles east of County Road 393. As of January 20, 2023 the project is in planning stage and seeking approval from the Walton County Technical Review Committee. The project was tabled at the December 21, 2022, and has not been rescheduled. The owner is considering scope redesign. Information regarding the owner, developer, architect, general contactor and method of selection has not been disclosed. The construction timeline has not been determined, but is not expected to begin before the fall of 2023.
