CAP-000754 ODMHSAS Replace Doors and Door Frames Norman, OK. Bond Percentage : 5.00% Cashier's Check, Certified Check, Irrevocable Letter of Credit. To complete this work within 120 days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed/WORK ORDER. Cost Estimate: $135,000.00 The project will encompass the replacement of multiple doors and door frames at Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center, Oklahoma Children's Recovery Center and Griffin Memorial Hospital. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted, and contractors will take their own measurements of existing doors, door frames and door windows to ensure accurate replacements. The project consists of replacing twenty-three doors (23) doors, seventeen (17) door frames and two (2) panic devices. The project shall be turnkey. All doors must meet the required fire rating and adjustments shall be made for the proper and safe operation of all installed doors. As inpatient facilities, on-site work at Oklahoma Children's Recovery Center and Griffin Memorial Hospital must be conducted in a manner to ensure the safety of consumers, staff and contractors. All doors, door frames and door hardware must be ligature resistant, all fasteners used must be tamper resistant and all doors must be keyed on both sides. In addition, all drywall repairs and painting required due to project installations will be completed by the contractor. Clean-up of all jobsites must be thorough and complete. All debris created by the project will be disposed of by the contractor. The materials used and the additional services required must meet the specifications listed in the following scope of work for each facility .
