To construct a 10-foot shared use path from Waterford Park to the southern limits of the Kellerton development with crossings at Shookstown Road, Baughman’s Lane, Montevue Lane, Rocky Springs Road, Tuscanney Drive, and Christopher’s Crossing and connections to existing pedestrian or path systems where appropriate, including capturing opportunities to connect with the adjacent road system. This path network is referred to as the North Branch Trail.
