Description

This is a rebuild of a 400sqft +/- Restroom building that caught fire and was totally lost. The plans and specs reflect the original work. The scope of work is the building starting from the existing slab. Some of the slab will have to be cut up for minor underslab plumbing repair. Also there is some site electrical that needs to be reworked due to heat from fire.
