Description

Design services : This project will reorient Lot 7,and add about 4 entrance lanes, curbs, islands, striping, landscaping, sidewalks; relocate six light poles, redesign the lot for interior circulation, and if the budget permits, resurface. The existing commuter lot is approximately 149,000 SF, with 508 spaces. As part of this project, the new spaces will be divided into approximately 286 commuter and 105 faculty-staff spaces with a physical separation and separate entrances between the two sections.
