WWSD 2020 Capital Improvement Project

The scope of the proposed Project includes the following: SWTP Improvements: All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for improvements to the existing SWTP, including but not limited to demo of existing equipment, installation of valving on the raw water supply pipelines, installation of a pre-selected disinfection system, including all valving, piping and associated appurtenances and ancillary equipment, and rehabilitation of an existing storage tank and sodium hypochlorite room. In addition, Work consists of installation of all electrical conduit and wiring, new electrical service, power panel, programmable logic controllers, and controls and integration. Work also consists of installation of new HVAC equipment, with associated electrical, controls, and integration. CWTP Improvements: All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for improvements and expansion of the existing CWTP, including but not limited to construction of a new pretreatment building with raw water equalization tank, installation of a pre-selected disinfection system, including all valving, piping and associated appurtenances and ancillary equipment, and improvements to the existing filter units, including media replacement, the addition of filter to waste and air scour, replacement of the existing blower and underdrains. Work to include all associated site work related to the project including but not limited to grading, storm drainage, paving and seeding. In addition, Work consists of electrical power, controls and instrumentation, and integration improvements. Lake Pump Station: All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for construction of a new raw water pump station, including but not limited to construction of an intake structure, intake pipeline and concrete intake tower, construction of a pump station building with new pumps, including all process piping, valving, appurtenances and ancillary equipment. Work to include all associated site work related to the project including but not limited to grading, storm drainage, paving and seeding. In addition, Work consists of installation of all electrical conduit and wiring, new electrical service, power panel, motor control centers, programmable logic controllers, and controls and integration.
