Description

Suncoast Elementary School HVAC system is currently served by a water-source heat pump system for most of the campus with the exception of Building 8 and a couple of direct expansion split systems serving the Administration areas and Media Center. This project is the first phase in replacing the water source heat pump system at the campus. A new chiller yard will be constructed, new outdoor rated air handling units will be installed and underground chilled water distribution piping installed.
