Description | This project establishes the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19 Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Project NO: V19-21-0001, establishing a base plus four option years contract. The MATOC will support funded Task Orders (TO) for VISN 19. TOs will support the VA Cheyenne Health Care System, VA Eastern Colorado Heath Care System, VA Western Colorado Health Care System, VA Montana Health Care System, VA Oklahoma City Health Care System, VA Eastern Oklahoma Health Care System, VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, Sheridan VA Medical Center and all connected Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and all other related services. Projects will be defined by individual TO specifications and drawings. The MATOC TOs shall be Firm Fixed Price awards. The Government anticipates awarding two or more IDIQ contracts. NAICS CODE is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5M. This RFP will result in the award of the initial seed project TO to one successful MATOC recipient. Seed project information for Salt Lake City VAMC Expand Linen Distribution Center Project 660-18-243 has a project magnitude of between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB. Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control enough to establish appropriate status. Offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs CVE at the time of offer submission. Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetBiz at the time of offer submission and contract award will result in the offeror's proposal being deemed non-compliant. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit the required documents to obtain CVE verification of their SDVOSB status if they havenot already done so. Site Visit will be held on 11 October 2022 at 10:00 AM MT. Contractors will meet at the Salt Lake City VAMC building 6. Site visits are not mandatory but highly recommended.
