Construct Parking Lot at Long Pine Reservoir

As of August 15, 2023, construction is underway, however, information regarding the awarded general contractor and an exact timeline for construction have not been confirmed. Work included under this contract consists of constructing a parking lot at Long Pine Reservoir to include: installing all necessary perimeter E&S controls; clearing, grubbing, and stockpiling topsoil; complete bulk earthwork; haul off excess spoil; construct channels, install channel lining, culvert, rock filters, and riprap apron; spread topsoil where all subgrade elevations have been achieved; complete fine grading; seed and mulch areas at final grade; install erosion control blankets; install new gravel pavement; install boulders and concrete parking curbs; and restore all disturbed areas. Engineers Estimate: $100,000 - $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
