| Description | Design and construction administration services associated with the reroofing. At areas of a full tear off, reroofing would include a fully adhered EPDM membrane and polyisocyanurate insulation w/ tapered insulation as required to meet the new energy code and to properly drain the roof. Other areas of the roof would receive ballast removal, roofing coverboard and a fully adhered EPDM roof membrane. This also includes an alternate bid to reroof the North, 4-classroom addition. |
