FY2023 Concrete Improvements Savannahs Landing

The FY2023 Concrete Improvements Project consists of replacement of existing driveways to make them ADA compliant, in Savannahs Landing, in the Town of Ocean View, as delineated in the following descriptions and quantities. Specific locations will be determined after award of the project. Construction of this contract shall conform to the Delaware Department of Transportation Standard Specifications dated June 2022, as amended by the Supplemental Specifications, the Special Provisions, the Standard Construction Details, and General Contract Plan Notes. This project includes a requirement for a 10% Bid Bond to be submitted with the bid. The Town of Ocean View reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and make such award as appears most advantageous to the Town. The work involves the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies and equipment necessary to make sidewalk modifications at driveways in Savannahs Landing in the Incorporated Town of Ocean View.
