| Description | Replacement of four rooftop units at the Bristol Adult resource center ("BARC"), located at 621 Jerome Avenue, Bristol, via funding provided through a Community Development Block Grant program include: 1. Install two (2) new 5 ton HVAC roof top unit with barometric dampers and economizer. 2. Install one (1) new 7.5 ton HVAC roof top unit with barometric dampers and economizer. 3. Install one (1) new 10 ton HVAC roof top unit with barometric dampers and economizer. 4. New equipment shall be as manufactured by American Standard, or approved equivalent as manufactured by Trane or Lennox. 5.
