Description

The City of Columbia purchased the building located at 1401 Main Street with the intent to renovate for the New City Complex. The city will be up-fitting various floors as required to meet the needs of each department that will occupy the 12 floors over the next (5) plus years or as current private leases expire. The General Contractors approved for bidding on the up-fit project must be able to provide all required construction services for a complete job and occupancy permit at completion of work.
