Wastewater Treatment Plant Thickener Facilities Upgrades

The Contract generally consists of replacement of the existing sludge screening system, replacement of the internal mechanism in four (4) sludge thickener tanks, cleaning and removal/disposal of all debris from the thickener tanks, replacement of the polymer storage and feed system, repainting of all walls, floors, ceiling and piping, replacement of new motor control centers, replacement of electrical fixtures and lighting, upgrades to the HVAC systems in the Thickener Building, and other associated work.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
Division 43 -	Process Gas and Liquid Handling, Purification, and Storage Equipment, Non-pressurized Tanks and Vessels, Bolted Steel Tanks.
Division 46 -	Water and Wastewater Equipment, Screening Equipment, Grit Removal and Handling Equipment, Clarifier Equipment, Water and Wastewater Residuals Handling and Treatment.
