| Description | Killeen ISD is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Air Filter Maintenance Services for its campuses and departments within the district on an as-needed basis. Question Cutoff : 3/22/2023 02:00:00 PM (CT) All questions received and the corresponding answers will be distributed to all bidders via the electronic bid system. This contract will be effective on April 14, 2023 through April 13, 2024. and will automatically be extended for four (4) years in one (1) year increments unless either party provides notice not to extend 90 days prior to extension date. The District, through its duly authorized constituted officials, reserves the right to accept any offer in its entirety or in part, any offer deemed most advantageous to the Killeen Independent School District and to waive any formalities in bidding. |
