| Description | Project site is the former Anaconda American Brass complex at 130 Freight Street, comprised of a 10.56 acre parcel owned by the City of Waterbury. There are nine (9) vacant buildings located on the parcel. The Project consists of the abatement/remediation, demolition, removal and proper disposal of specific structures at 130 Freight Street for the purpose of facilitating the site for redevelopment as outlined in Technical Specifications attached hereto. |
