| Description | Furnishing all material, labor, supervision, tools, supplies and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance service, including all annual and 5-year County inspections, adjustments, tests, parts or component replacements, and repairs to keep the elevators in continuous use at their established capacity and efficiency and for their intended purpose at no extra cost to the City except as indicated in the contract. All maintenance adjustments and repairs shall be in compliance with the latest American National Safety Code for Elevators, Dumbwaiters, Escalators and Moving Walks; ASME A17.1/CSA B44, including all supplements. |
